Waitlist: All registrants will be initially added to a waitlist while we make sure we have the right amount of leaders available for camp. We will reach out if you have been moved off the waitlist. No charges will be made to your card while on the waitlist.

WHERE: Washington Family Ranch, Creekside in Oregon.

WHEN: July 26-July 30, 2025

Departure: Saturday, July 26th in the early morning.

Return: Wednesday, July 30th in the evening.

COST: $825 a deposit of $250 is required to hold your spot.

Deposits are nonrefundable after May 1st. Full balance is due and nonrefundable after June 20th.

You will not be charged until you have been moved from the waitlist and receive a second confirmation email. Your card will automatically be charged after your spot is confirmed.
